Find Qualified Employees–Job postings and services

Search our database for qualified employees through Connecting Colorado, a place where individuals seeking employment and businesses seeking employees can be matched and brought together to fit each other’s needs.  For directions please visit our Connecting Colorado page.

Contact our Business Representatives to assist you in posting jobs, organizing a job fair or for suggestions to find that perfectly qualified employee!  Two representatives are here to help you, call the workforce center in Boulder County that is closest to your business.

Hiring Incentives–Assistance to hire new staff

On the Job Training (OJT) is a hiring incentive where Workforce Boulder County and the business/employer each pay a portion of a trainee’s salary for up to six months.  They work together to develop a training plan which identifies the skills the individual will learn on the job.  Based on the individual’s satisfactory completion of the training program, the employer commits to hiring the individual.  For more information and incentive availability visit our What’s New page for details.

Financial Incentives and Assistance-Train or retain your staff

Training your workforce to upskill or update?  We have training funds to help you.  Workforce Boulder County works with employers and local training providers to identify the skills needed for a specific job and coordinates an employee training program tailored to employer needs.  WfBC and the employer agree on cost sharing to pay for local training providers.  Employer costs can range from nothing to 50% based upon funding available and type of training.  Visit our What’s New page for details!
