Businesses:  Need to train your staff?
Contact us today to see how you can participate!

Basic Eligiblility Criteria:

  • Training participants must be a U.S. Citizen, 18years old have at least a High School Diploma or GED, some post secondary education, be employed in a high skilled occupation or on a career path toward a high skilled occupation.
  • Training has to be approved by WfBC staff and deemed relevant to IT, Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace industries.
  • Businesses must pay their employees for time in training and may be asked to provide space for training.

Together with our training partners, WfBC is offering to cover the costs of advanced training for businesses that meet the basic eligibility criteria.
